What does the published research show?

A published study compared Selank in 30 patients with medazepam in 32 patients with anxiety-related conditions. Its size and clinical context matter when interpreting the result. It was not a trial of the DUSK collection.¹

What the evidence does not show

An anxiety outcome is not the same as an objective measurement of sleep stages. The study does not establish that Selank improves deep sleep or REM, and a small trial cannot settle comparative long-term safety.
